Going Diagonal with Kim!

Hiya crafty friends! I hope you are having a super week so far?!

 

Being super hot down South here in Cape Town, I have the privilege of sharing with you, a new page I made using some of the gorgeous NEW Nautical collection released at CHA W2014.

 

 

Today's page is themed 'DIAGONAL'. As you will see not only have I used diagonal patterned paper from the vibrant mixture of stripes in the paper pack, but also in the actual page design. Making a boy themed summer page is a dream to create with this fun collection!

Use fresh white cardstock die-cuts to offset the bright colors & stitching is a great way to add understated interest. 

 

 

B&W photos are a great way to tie together photographs from different summer activities without having to worry about matching colors. 

 

 

Lifting page elements using foam adhesive adds height & helps the page breathe, adding visual dimension.
