Hello everyone!
I've got a new challenge up for you today on the blog! Let's work vertically for this challenge, will you?
The main aim in this challenge is to actually layer papers/embellishments and your photo on a vertical line.
On this layout, I started by layering a piece of vellum all over my polka dot background. This piece of vellum is 12x12. This allows to soften up a tiny bit my background without getting rid of the fun colors and funky patterns.
I sewed all around the frame wiht my sewing machine.
Then I glued my photo, and mounted a piece of patterned paper on the back of my Stencil GOALS card.
The Stencil card is mounted on a journaling card.
What a Wonderful Day Terrific paper / What a Wonderful Day Reminder paper / What a Wonderful Day Sticker Fundamentals / What a Wonderful Day Buttons / What a Wonderful Day Label Stickers /Memories Captured Sticker Fundamentals / Black alpha Stickers / Cork Arrows / Journaling Cards / GOALS Stencil Card
Use different alpha stickers (shapes, colors, fonts...) for your journaling here : my Travel Goals are to visit these countries in the next year or so :)
Here, you can see that I glued a patterned paper on the back of my stencil card and then, used my sewing machine to attach them together.
Add some contrast to your layout and some visual interest to your vertical construction by using BIG bold letters - the Black Alpha Sticker sheet is just perfect for that! And you can find it in different colors!
Can't wait to see what you come up with! Feel free to post your layout on our Facebook page!
