This week's Product Spotlight shines! Each of our new collections has a coordinating set of Glitter Cuts. They are the perfect way to add a little glitz and glam to your layouts and projects. Take a look at the creative ways our Pocket Chicks have used these sparkly embellishments.
Sun by Suzanne Sergi
Suzanne says, "The Beach Babe Collection was perfect for documenting these older snapshots of my little girl. I love the vibrant colors, and the jumping fish are adorable! I am drawn to clean designs, but adding details with embellishments, is my favorite! The Glitter cuts add so much detail, and texture to your pages, without the added weight. The Glitter Cuts can stand alone, or you can add just a bit of finish to them. Here on the Glitter Cuts journaling label, I added instant texture by running it through my embossing machine. They look great layered, too. Here I added the word 'sun', on top of the journaling label with a bit of adhesive. The Glitter Cuts also make great finishing details, too. I added one small starfish to the corner of my smaller snapshot. They can be punched with a cropadile, or regular hole punch, too. I punched two small holes on the tops of the other two starfish, and tied them with string. By hanging them from my sun element, I added instant movement to my page."
Oh Boy by Greta Hammond
Greta says, "I used these adorable Glitter Cuts from the To the Moon line. I loved the fun and funky square frame and decided to showcase my nephews expression inside it...
I also used the shooting star and green stars mixed with die cuts, brads and buttons to mimic the water guns shooting in the main photo."
Nature by Benedicte Raphalen
Benedicte says, "I decided to show up It’s the Little Things Glitter Cuts — they look so great to me that I used the whole board to embellish my layout. The glitter gives a girly touch to the background that originally has a more natural style. I think the colors of this collection are perfectly matched to the donkey my daughter is feeding on the photo."
Oh Boy by Pamela Young
Pamela says, "I simply adore all of the Glitter Cuts from Fancy Pants. On my 'Happy Six!' layout I used several of them. I took the words 'Oh Boy' and overlapped them over the robots on the bottom. I attached this with a couple stitches. Then I also used the hot air balloon and stars. These I adhered with a spray adhesive for vellum. All of my Glitter Cut pieces and products are from the To The Moon line ... it's such a fun line for boys."
Come back again on Friday to see another Pocket Chick Pick!
I love seeing what you girls have done with the Glitter Cuts. It really inspires me!

I love fancy pants. I bought a packet at the scrapbook expo in SLC, and it was missing a set of rub-ons. My daughter also was missing hers. They sent us a set out very quickly. Thank you for doing that. I love your product. Sylvia Palmer

I have some of these and have had a hard time figuring out how to put them on my layouts without the adhesive showing. What do you attach them with?

This is not, by all means, the only way to approach Web copywriting and site architecture, but it may be a method well worth trying if your team adapts and feels comfortable with it.

Well, Jodi owns the company so I think she would be the longest! But maybe she wasn't a Pocket Chick the whole time so I guess I will go with the crowd and say Vicki Chrisman.
