Hey guys, happy monday, hope you had a great weekend! I'm here today with a fun sketch I created, and two projects to share that I made with it.
I have a big huge crush on the Memories Captured line, it is truly one of my favorites of all time. So it was a no brainer to pull it out and get to work! First is the scrapbook page I made using the sketch. I typically prefer to create 8.5x11 pages, but I just adore the chalkboard style paper I used on the background and didn't want to chop it up, so I went with a 12x12 page.
Memories Captured Photos / Memories Captured Shining Star / Memories Captured Chalked Art / Memories Captured Family Album / Memories Captured Cards / Memories Captured Strips / Memories Captured Stickers / Memories Captured Flair / Memories Captured Ephemera Pack / Memories Captured Button Set / What a Wonderful Day Cream Alpha Stickers / Park Bench Button Set
I cut out one of the 3x4 cards and used that as the title for my page. The second part of the sentiment didn't really match my page so I covered it with patterned paper and cut out some stars for a little extra detail. You can't see it, but I also covered the "you" in the title with glitter glue.
Next I made a card, and since it's such a smaller size than the sketch, I dropped some of the elements and kept it a little more simple. I love the way it turned out! I always save my little bits when creating things, and the two pink striped stars were left over from being punched from the layout, and the transparency ephemera piece is not tucked under, but cut that size and the rest was used on a different page. I love getting the most out of my supplies!
Well that's it for me today guys! Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope you give my little sketch a try, and be sure to link it up if you do, I'd love to see it!
Have a great day!! :)
