I have a fun set of cards to share with you all today using the What A Wonderful Day collection. I have also thrown in some of the new cork and chalk products, too!
My starting point for this set of cards was the Ephemera Pack from What A Wonderful Day. I poured the entire pack out on my table and started sorting. Let me tell you that every, single one of these cards came together so quickly as the ideas just kept popping into my head with each different piece!
For my first card, I punched some clouds out of white cardstock and the White Corrugate Sheet. I then stitched them down. I switched to black thread for the banner and stitched it down, too. I added the cork heart and the sentiment sticker over the banner and then popped up my card background onto the card base for more dimension.

I love how the cork complements the colors of the What A Wonderful Day collection!
I started the second card by layering the hot air balloon embellishment with the cute air balloon frame. After adding the heart and arrow embellishments, I added the button and brad. I then popped it up onto the background, which is layered and stitched around the edges.

The Sensational Paper works so well as the background for this card!
For card #3, I was drawn to the color combo of the red, aqua, black and white. Adding the cork title made it even better! I added two strips of 1inch chalk tape, stitching along the edges, making it look like one, large piece. I then added the cloud embellishments and stitched the heart onto the title. I used foam adhesive to pop up the sentiment.
I like how the added stitching makes the chalk tape almost look like a large piece of ribbon! The title really pops against it!
The next card was really fun! I figured, since I had these cute kite bows, I would make a kite to go with them! I hand drew the kite shape, and cut it out of 2 papers. I then cut them in half, matched up the different patterns, matted them on the Remarkable paper (the dark side), and stitched them down. I punched and adhered my clouds, adhered the kite and sentiment, and then stitched my kite bows down. I used foam adhesive (shock! I know!!) to pop up some of the bows.

The Corrugate sheets add so much texture and dimension to your projects! I love using them as clouds!!
For my final card, I decided to go floral and pulled out lots of different flower pieces from this collection. I arranged my pieces on the floral frame but decided that I wanted a bold center. I stuck down a Scallop Bracket Chalk Label and covered it with the frame. I added my floral pieces and my sentiment sticker. I finished it off with some doodling.
