Inspiration From The Everyday: Orchid

Hi there everyone, hope you guys had a great weekend and are ready for a fun week ahead. For today's Inspiration From The Everyday post, I thought I would share a little something that I picked up at a local market this past weekend. This gorgeous orchid plant/flower....


I absolutely fell in love with this when I first saw it among the 20+ plants that the sweet lady had... love the freshness of the colors and especially those pink polka-dot flowers. And it's these colors and the fresh flowery feel that inspired me to create the following cards using the gorgeous Time For Spring collection.

For my first card here, I drew inspiration from that fresh feel - reflected here with the mix of fun colors...


On the second card, it's the flow of butterflies that I associate with flowers....


And on this card, I focused on the colors - the soft pink and green ...
