Fancy This: Dry Erase Calendar

One of my favorite things about back to school time is all the new supplies and organizational tools! It feels like a great time to get myself organized as well so when I saw this calendar paper from The Good Life line, I knew I had to do something fun with it. I pulled together this fun little dry erase calendar in no time! Read on to find out how to make one for yourself.

Fancy Pants Designs Supplies:
The Good Life: It's A Date patterned paper
The Good Life: Good Times
Artist Edition: Chipboard Alphas (black)
Various brads, ribbon, and buttons

Other:
12x12 plastic packaging, twine

Instructions:
Find 12x12 plastic packaging. I used packaging from the older 12x12 Fancy Pants Chipboard pieces. Trim off any excess if necessary.

Slip calendar paper behind plastic. Then poke holes and add black brads to bottom two corners.

Cut a piece of red ric rac to 16 inches. Poke hole in top corner of calendar through plastic and ribbon. Add brad. Do the same to the other side to create hanger.

Cut a 12" x "1 piece from Good Times paper. Figure out which side of calendar you want to put the month piece. Add chipboard letters and button tied with string and then trim off excess into a banner edge.

Adhere to front of calendar.

Add numbers with dry erase marker and hang up!
