Welcome back, friends! Are you enjoying your winter? Or are you just ready for it to be done? Where I am from, we've had a very unsual, mild winter. Way below average snowfall and record high temps. It's just been a weird winter. Deep down, I've been hoping we'll still get dumped on at least once before spring comes. I'd love to have an excuse to be holed up in my house and scrapbook with this collection ....
Winterland is all that is wonderful about Winter. So pretty, soft and lovely. It's perfect for those winter projects, but is also versatile enough for non-winter items (check out Vicki's project below).
Family Shadowbox by Vicki Chrisman
Vicki says, "I found this shadowbox at the thrift store. I love re-purposing things, and I saw potential in this ... even tho it was old school ... lots of "Country Kitchen" wooden letters, all done in mauve and country blue. lol I love a challenge :) I used the Winterland line, but not exactly with a total "winter" theme. I love that so many of the papers can be used for "general" use. I had wanted to make something to showcase some photos I had taken of my nephew's family. I love the colors in this line, and think they will work well in their home. I cant wait to give it to them."
Snow Angel by Greta Hammond
Greta says, "I love how different this Winterland line can look depending on which papers you choose! For this layout, I stuck with mostly the softer, pastel palette to coordinate with my photos. The subtle prints give a nice dimension to the page without overpowering my photos".
We hope you enjoyed these creations. Come back again on Friday, and get to know one of our new Pocket Chicks, Jess Mutty! She'll be sharing a little about herself for her Pocket Chick Spotlight!

Life pain Wake up, nowhere to go. The dream of happiness; if did not see the road can go, the most important thing is not to wake him.
