Some of my favorite scrap supplies are ribbons and trims. They give layouts and projects that extra little bit of texture and softness that no other embellishment can. So, I'm excited to share our Product Spotlight with you today. It's all about our trim!
Each of our newest collections has a a Trim Card carrying, three wonderfully coordinated trims in one yard lengths.
Beach Beauty by Suzanne Sergi
Suzanne says, "Ribbon is a fabulous embellishment, that adds instant texture to your projects. The Fancy Pants trim packages give you three different widths, and textures to choose from. Banners are everywhere on projects, but instead of using paper, I made the ribbon banner in the upper right hand corner of this summer page. One of my favorite techniques to use on ribbon is simply to twist, and turn until I achieve a fun look onto my projects. Here the ribbon flower is the final detail to my page!"
Happy by Janis Medina-Maghinay
Janis used some of the oh-so-pretty lace trim from the It's The Little Things Trim Card, along the bottom of her design. Don't you just love the touch of homespun texture it adds to her gorgeous layout?
Field Day Play by Pamela Young
Pamela says, "I used the fabulous Beach Babe collection ... notice that my layout is not beach nor babe related. :) It worked just perfectly for my fun outdoor play page ...
I took a bunch of little pieces of trim and created a border underneath my photos. I also used the trim for the tails on the ribbon I created. I LOVE adding trim to my pages, there is just so much you can do with it and it always add a bit of texture and fun."
I Love You by Leah Farqharson
Leah explains, "Our boys aren't really into any space themed stuff right now - they're all about sports and activities related, so I thought that I'd take the opportunity to scrap the nightly storytime routine that we have. Of course I had to reference the classic little kid's storybook that started it all ... I decided to cover the sticky side of one of the banner pieces I had, with ribbons from the beach bum and to the moon collections to create a fun background element for my page! I started by trimming off the top edge where the holes are. Then all I had to do was peel off the backing, line up the ribbons and trim the edges!"
We're so glad you stopped by. We love sharing our ideas with you!

Well, Jodi owns the company so I think she would be the longest! But maybe she wasn't a Pocket Chick the whole time so I guess I will go with the crowd and say Vicki Chrisman.
