Fall is my favorite season to scrapbook! I love all the fun activities which produce tons of great photos and the colors and views are simply amazing. Along with scrapbooking, I can't help but think of decorating because the fall colors seem to blend in with my home's color pallete. So for my project today, I combined a bit of scrapbooking with an altered frame to make this simple yet eye-catching piece for my kitchen counter. See how to make one for yourself!
